Rental is calculated on 24 hour basis. Rental payments to be paid in advance and non-rental payment will be billed separately and needs to be settled on receiving the invoices by email.

Third Car Rentel LLC has a right to charge an additional amount per month, in case payments are not made on due date.

The Customer shall pay a fine outstanding debt amounting

1. to 20% if the debt is not paid in full between 10thand 20th days after statement of Account/invoiceswas sent to customer's contact specified in the rental agreement
2. to additionaI 30% if the debtisnot paidin full between 21st and 30th days accordingly
3. to additional 50% if the debtexceeds 30 days accordingly

Third Car Rentel LLC has the right to proceed legal incase the above terms and conditions are not followed accordingly

1. Vehicle check out & check in report must be verified and signed by the renter.
2. Dents/ Scratches will be charged minimum of AED 300 to AED 600 depending on severity of the damage.
3. In case the vehicle is return with interior stain, marks, excessive pet hair, Cleaning will be charged from AED 250 to AED 600.
4. Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited and will be charged AED 250.
5. Torn seats/hole or any damages to the interior of the vehicle shall be charged minimum AED 700.
6. Fuel policy is same to same. We will refer to the check-out/in report and charge as per the prevailing price with addition of 10P« as refueling charge.
7. Any loss goods/items by the Renter, the Lessor will not be held responsible
8. Charges for lost keys may vary depending on the category of vehicle that is rented.

If the Renter has lost his/her copy, 'Third Car Rentel LLC' Copy will be treated as final.

1. All cars are comprehensively insured with the excess of AED 1000 -2500 (Not Applicable if CDW is availed) depending on the type of vehicles as specified in the agreement copy.
2. If the renter's age is below 25 years old OR if your license is less than 6 months old, in an event of accident or damage and in case of fault, Insurance excess of AED 1000-2500 will apply, plus additional 10% of the damage estimate will apply.

Insurance will be deemed void:

1. If the hirer, without authorization or consent from third car rentel llc hands over the vehicle to any other person.
2. If the hirer has caused damage/accident under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

It is the renter's responsibility to book the vehicle for service. Service due sticker and checklist report provided will have information of the next service.

Third Car Rentel LLC will collect the vehicle for service & maintenance within 3-4 working days.

In case the vehicle is not booked for service on time and due to which if there is an issue with the vehicles warranty or performance, an additional charge for engine damage/flushing/ etc. will be charged.
If service is not carried out on time, engine damage/flushing charges of minimum AED700 + VAT will apply.

It is the responsibility of the renter to fix the flat tire caused during driving. Any damages to the tire as a result of driving with the flat tire, will be charged to the renter depending on the type and age of the tire.

1. Any vehicle mis-used; such as off-roading, racing, high kilometer usage and neglect or failing to maintain the vehicle.
2. Transporting goods in violation of Custom's regulation or any other illegal manner.
3. Carrying passengers or property for a consideration express or implied.
4. To propel or tow any vehicle or trailer without consent of the Lessor.
5. Person driving under the influence of Alcohol or drugs
6. Person other than renter or of (1) the employer, employee or fellow employee of renter or (2) a person nominated as a driver by renter and approved by Lessor or by a vehicle repairer in the event of accident or breakdown, provided that all such operators shall be at least 25 years of age and duly qualified licensed.

Third Car Rentel LLC has the right to force collect the vehicle and charge the Renter

Third Car Rentel LLC will pay the fines on regular basis to keep the traffic file active with the traffic authorities and will not notify the renter of any fines which may have caused by the renter except for Any Block/Red fines with OR without black point issued by the traffic authorities, which should be resolved by the renter within 24 hours, to avoid lessors traffic file being blocked.

Renter can pay the fine directly online if the fine is visible online.
Fines paid by Third Car Rentel LLC will be invoiced to the renter and send via email along with supporting documents provided by the traffic authorities.

Any Impounding fine, renter will be liable to pay third car rentel llc the impounding charges plus loss of rental charges in the case of the vehicle being impounded by authorities.

In case the renter disputes any fine with the traffic authorities, dispute reference number and details should be provided to Third Car Rentel LLC by the renter, after referring to the concerned traffic department in the UAE.
